Sassara Vini is a 14-hectare family-run estate on the slopes of Monte Mamaor at the southern end of the Bardolino DOC, where organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards thrive alongside olive groves and woodland. Led by researcher Alessia Bertaiola and third-generation winemaker Stefano Bertaiola, the winery crafts soulful, naturally fermented wines from old vines of indigenous varieties, expressing both the vitality of the fruit and the heritage of the land.
