We are online only and are not able to offer Click & Collect at this time, sorry!

Shipping prices are calculated per box and delivery is only available on business days. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

- Melbourne metro orders placed before 12:00 pm will be dispatched same day, though delivery times may vary depending on our logistics partners.
- Sydney Metro and other interstate orders are dispatched promptly but delivery times will depend on carrier availability — please allow 2–5 business days.
- Our team is human and our carriers are too, so please allow a margin of error.
- Please provide detailed delivery instructions at checkout — particularly if you live in an apartment block or complex. Clear instructions help us get your wine to you first time, every time.
- For orders outside our specified delivery areas, please contact hello@mountainandrow.com.au for further information.
- Please note that in most cases a signature is required on delivery.
- Our products are carefully packaged in custom made carriers and boxes.
- We lovingly transport our wines to ensure they arrive safely. Most Melbourne orders are hand delivered by our in-house team, while others are routed via third-party carriers.
- We have freight insurance. In the rare instance that a bottle is damaged, please take a photo upon receipt and send it to hello@mountainandrow.com.au within one hour of accepting the parcel to comply with insurance requirements. We apologise for any inconvenience.

During the Australian summer we may delay dispatch when extreme heat is forecast, using Bureau of Meteorology data to guide our decision. We only do this when necessary to protect your wine.

If you choose to proceed with delivery during extreme heat, please note this in the Delivery Instructions section at checkout. Mountain & Row cannot be responsible for wine that spoils due to high temperatures during transit.
