A light red with more substance than many of its peers, SFERA ROSSO is a top quality organic wine from Oltrepo Pavese in Lombardia, Italy. The fruit is an amalgamation of Barbera, Pinot Noir, Croatina and Riesling, all co-fermented and lightly macerated. This particular version has layers of fruits ranging dark to light red, each contributing to a fruit-complex glass of red at a bargain price. Sfera Rosso chills well, but is perhaps ‘more’ as an ambient offering and hence an all year-rounder. A must have for your dinner party this weekend!
