From the organic vineyards of Cossentino (outside Palermo), this energetic delight is built on four of Sicily's backbone varieties, 80% Nero d’avola, 10% Nerello Cappuccio, 5% Perricone and 5% Catarratto. It is bouncy, bright and dazzles with its sophisticated freshness. A stunning pink and excellent value for money especially considering the quality of the fruit and farming regime.
