Cristina Zoppi farms her small plot of vines organically in Viarigi, Monferrato. This particular village's soil is limestone laden yielding a fresh, elegant red full of detail and pepper spice. The wine is produced at the Crotin winery and shares a similar, aromatic and bright style. Beautiful.
