90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Blanc from schist soils, 'Folio' is fermented with indigenous yeasts and ages on its lees for six months in barrel. This Special Edition is made only in the very best years, leaving the wine an extra six months in barrel. This is one of southern France's benchmark white wines. Very rare.
