Weightless like no other sparkling wine we have encountered. If their Blanc de Morgex et la Salle is Italy's finest aperitif white wine, then this is the country's best sparkling starter. It is light filled, exhibiting white fruits, mountain herbs with fluffy guidance from the effortless bead. This is unlike any other sparkling wine and made in tiny volumes from a single, high altitude hectare of vines. Drink with chunks of Parmigiano-Reggiano.
