Fangareggi’s ultra-vibrant Rosato is based on the elegant, light Lambrusco di Sorbara with some Fortana (10%) and Pinot Noir (5%). It has gorgeous candied raspberry with generosity of fruit and a very fine bead. This is made from very high-quality fruit – the antithesis of the usual bulk Lambrusco out there.
