This elegant and fruit forward wine is made up of 60% Nero di Troia, 25% Montepulciano, 15% Sangiovese and a sprinkling of Bombino from the Puglia region of Southern Italy. Once picked, the grapes are crushed and destemmed, with half the harvest left whole. The wine is then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled after 6 months. The result is a richly flavoured wine with balanced chewy tannins and a tonne of dark, juicy berry fruit, sweet cherry and spice.
