'Aris' is made from a single hectare, south facing vineyard, sliced into the woods at 280 metres above sea level. Winemaking is merely the combination of excellent, organically grown fruit and stainless steel vessels. The resulting wine is aromatically rich and complex with a palate awash with grippy tannin and a bitter herb finish. Crotin do no wrong! Rose perfume, black olive, herbs and tart cherry are woven together.
